How much experience do you have in the Enclave? If you have experience with other cells (other servers), you may list those:
R&D SGT On Divide as well as USSS CO on Divide. (I have much more past experience in other factions that goes back to CGC such as Legion. That being said, I have a deep and extensive understanding of both Enclave ideology and lore.)
List what you believe are important values to the Enclave. In other words, what your goals would be:
My goals are simple, the complete and total restoration of the Enclave's presence within the Mojave.
Though many battles have been won thanks to past Presidents and Colonels, we stand at a crossroads. Poor and indecisive leadership has led to falling recruitment numbers and refusal to properly train those who do join our ranks only results in "lost" and misappropriated equipment. I will start from the ground up to restore and overhaul every aspect of this system, NCO's will be managed and given proper guidance to ensure they are doing their utmost to not only recruit but also train our brave future soldiers.
I also want to take a moment to speak about our beloved country. It seems that these days we have forgotten our past, we have forgotten how to act. Our ideology has been largely abandoned in favor of non-stop warfare upon the enemy. While this act in itself could be beneficial with moderation, it has worn down our fighting force significantly, for those who remain in our ranks I feel as though it has become repetitive, I wish to change this. I believe encouraging people to do more outside of assaulting the enemy will greatly improve morale and boost recruitment. I envision an Enclave, an America, where we are more than just a mere army, but rather a nation.
As far as divisions go, I believe they are significantly overinflated at the moment. Choices can be a good thing, but when presented with too many, it can lead to indecision. Not only can it lead to indecision however, it can also serve as a rot that works it's way through our army and divides our own forces who should all ultimately serve for the love of our nation, not inner-divisional political squabble. I will decrease the amount of our units while preserving those whom actually provide a valuable service to our Enclave.
Finally I wish to expand our R&D and science programs tenfold. There is no reason we should still be dealing with dirty irradiated water in our own barracks. This issue is unacceptable and has existed for far too long. Every American citizen, especially those whom reside inside of our very own walls, deserve at the very minimum basic necessities for leading a healthy and prosperous American life.
Why do you think you're the most fit of all applicants?:
Frankly speaking on paper I'm not, by all accounts I've had a sorted past with the Enclave (on Surge) and got removed from the faction for trying to overthrow the previous inactive President. That being said however, I genuinely want what's best for the Enclave and always have. I can be active and I do have the history to back everything I've said up. If you take a chance on me, I believe we can make something very special that is ultimately fun for everyone both in the faction and outside of it.
